Food & Dining
From slow lochside breakfasts to evenings of artisan pizza and live music, dining at The Shore House is part of the rhythm of your stay. Wake up in your room to still waters and mountain views, then wander down for a relaxed breakfast before a day exploring Argyll.
As evening falls, return for sourdough pizza, good wine, and music by the loch.

The Experience
Whether you're starting the day with breakfast beside the water or joining us for pizza and live music as the sun sets over Loch Goil, every visit is designed to feel relaxed, welcoming, and memorable.

Start your day with a generous breakfast overlooking beautiful Loch Goil, exclusively for guests staying at The Shore House.

Artisan sourdough pizza
Freshly made sourdough pizzas, served in a relaxed setting and open to both residents and non-residents throughout the week.

Enjoy drinks, great food, and views across Loch Goil, where every meal is served in one of Scotland's most beautiful settings.
Breakfast is freshly prepared each morning using locally sourced ingredients where possible, served in a relaxed setting with views across the water.
Guests can choose from a full Scottish breakfast or lighter options including cereals, muesli, fresh fruit, toast, juices, tea, and coffee.
It’s a calm start to the day - the kind you return upstairs from feeling like you’ve already slowed down.
What time is Breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 8:30am–9:30am, with earlier times available by arrangement for those heading out to explore the hills, trails, or coast. Please note that breakfast is only available for our guests.
Evening Dining
As the day winds down, the atmosphere shifts. The lights soften, the bar fills, and the scent of freshly baked sourdough pizza comes from the kitchen.
Our menu focuses on handcrafted pizzas made to order, served alongside drinks in a relaxed, welcoming space overlooking Loch Goil.
Whether you’re staying the night in one of our rooms or joining us from nearby, evenings here are about good food, good company, and a setting that does most of the work.

It’s informal, welcoming, and shaped by the people who happen to be here at the time, residents, travellers, locals, and friends of the house all sharing the same space.
